Discovery & Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation. We listen to your needs, understand your operations, and assess your site conditions. This phase typically involves an on-site visit, preliminary discussions about your requirements, and gathering all necessary information to develop a preliminary scope of work.
Design & Engineering
Our in-house engineering team creates detailed blueprints and structural calculations. We account for Gulf Coast weather patterns, local building codes, and your specific operational requirements. You'll receive 3D renderings to visualize the final structure before construction begins.
Permits & Approvals
Navigating Alabama's building codes can be complex. Our team handles all permit applications, coordinates with local inspectors, and ensures every requirement is met before we break ground. This typically takes 4-8 weeks depending on the project scope and jurisdiction.
Foundation & Steel Erection
Once permits are approved, construction begins. We coordinate with concrete crews for the foundation, then erect the primary steel structure. Our erectors are certified professionals who follow strict safety protocols. Most structural frames go up in 2-4 weeks for a typical commercial building.
Finishing & Systems
The building envelope gets closed in with roofing, siding, and insulation. We install doors, windows, interior partitions, and any specialized systems you need — from overhead cranes to climate control. This phase brings your building from shell to functional space.
Inspection & Handover
Before you receive the keys, we conduct a comprehensive pre-final inspection with you. We walk through every system, explain operations, and address any questions. We then coordinate the final city/county inspection and hand over all documentation, warranties, and as-built drawings.
